On windows 8, Open star open start menu, simply type 'device manager' and select from settings section.
On windows xp, Open start menu,click on Run,and then type 'device manager' & hit enter.
2. Select & double click on your specific modem from drop down list of 'Modems' as show below image.In my case it's "Nokia C6-01 USB Modem".
3. New window will open,Click on "Advance" tab.Here you can see command +CGDCONT=,,"XXXXXXX" in Extra initial Command text field.

Steps you have to perform
